Yes! There is a small add-on charge for one additional passanger.

No problem. We will prorate the additional service time you need us.

We ask for 48 hour notice. However, the more notice we have the better.

If you schedule online - we will call to confirm and collect credit/debit information at that time.

You do not pay your driver directly. Once you are back home safely, your driver will clock out creating an electronic invoice. 

It is not mandatory but yes. They do a great job and earn your appreciation. Cash for tips is welcomed. However, if you would like to add a tip to your bill, please call / text / email and let us know.

No Refunds. All Charges are non-refundable except to the extent required by law. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate usage of Prominent Care Transport or any other reason whatsoever.

We understand things change so we make it easy. Simply give us a call and we are happy to reschedule or cancel your service request.

Any appointment missed, late canceled or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
